NUTRITIONIST TAN EILEEN

HEY ALL!
thanks for the "hairyy"compliments!
*blushes*
like i'v said,my skin is thin..bwahha! o.O

how's ur day everyone? great?
what? feeling fat? OH! NO FRET!
cause "Nutritionist Tan Eileen" is here to save YOUall!
i'm gonna introduce to ya the "best slimming plan" ever!o.O
i compiled all these from the magazines i'v read!
So, listen up!
RULE 1: NEVER eat past 8pm!(hmm..mayb can la huh?)
RULE 2: Exercise at least thrice a week,at least 40 mins each time!(i can NEVER achieve this!)
RULE 3: Watch LESS tv and computer-makes u sit down alot and causes tummy fats=X
RULE 4: drink WATER WATER WATER plenty plenty plenty!haha!
RULE 5: eat 2 servings of fruits a day! keeps u full and it's good during hunger pangs!
RULE 6:LASTLY,keep in mind that habits take at least threee weeks to stay!
So do stick to these rules for at least 3 weeks to make it a habit! and u'll see a change in you!

BUT i didnt succeed cause i cant seem to stick to these rules..bwahhaha!=.=
